Check out this video review of the HM3X by C_Does, a great source of optics reviews we love: The HS403C is a 20mm micro-optical scope for rifles and carbines... So again, I I meant different kinds of things. interesting links, starting a maintenance kit and getting started with product reviews and pictures - but something else came up and I thought I'd address it right away. However, I can still make this a bonus post and go ahead with the post I originally planned, especially since this will likely be a follow-up post as we await parts and test solutions in the series.
Ok, let's get down to business - I fell victim to a very common problem with 3rd gen (~2013) and 4th gen Glock 17's and 19's. Start typing "Glock 19 er" into Google and it will go ahead and complete the idea for you.
It seems that most people with this gun experience the original Glock Perfection(tm) for the first 600-1000 rounds, but then, primarily, they experience extremely erratic shooting behavior with the various FTE options. they started Started me on the nose at about 600 rounds - when I opened the same box of PMC Bronze I had zero problems with more than half of the previous 600 rounds (I'm talking like crazy about this G19, seriously, 0 problems. , so far this thing is magic, I felt it). I was ready to shoot this thing 650 rounds and tried 2 FTEs in the first 2 magazines and noticed some brass marks on the front of the launch port. It will put the Glock through 40 rounds without any further problems before delivery. When my girlfriend started to shoot, a hot mouth hit her on the cheek and then on her forehead. After cleaning and inspecting the gun, nothing appeared to be broken or out of place (aside from the brass marks noticed earlier on the front of the ejection port), I loaded another magazine and tried it. 4 out of 15 bullets hit my forehead or hit the top of my head. 1 round FTEd and they all seemed to be ejected very weakly.

So, after downloading and checking out the rig, doing a bit of research, I found out, almost ignoring the fanboys who don't shoot like a man and put all the blame on Glock Talk's sister wrists. the following:
So I figure it out myself and won't be twiddling my thumbs for a few months wondering if my gun will come back from Smyrna, GA working or if it's going to stick on me. and/or try to burn my SO cheek again. I'll start with the cheapest (and in this case the most reported solution) and go from there. First stop is to replace the 336 ejector with a new 30274 ejector. Now that you can't just buy an ejector, you'll need to buy a replacement guard, which is pretty easy. However, they don't make a gen3 trigger guard with the 30274 ejector (they don't want to admit there is a problem), we have to order a gen 4 trigger guard, remove the ejector pin and replace it with mine. gen3 trigger guard. Fortunately, it's a pretty easy job, and a new guard only costs $9.95. You might want to go ahead and order a new gen3 case with 336 pins and swap them out so you don't replace your original in any way, but I wouldn't worry about that.
*FUTURE UPDATES* The first part is in the mail, updates will follow. To go ahead and get all the parts at once and not have to play the waiting game if the ejector doesn't solve your problem, my plan B is to trade in a Lone Wolf Extractor or (more interestingly) a . 45ACP extractor used in G21/30. This is reportedly a good fix because the pieces are similar in size to fit and the .45 extractor has a slightly shorter gap between the wedge face and the claw. It also holds the case at a slightly different angle, reminiscent of the old non-LCI (loaded chamber indicator) extractors on 2nd generation Glocks (when they worked like a charm).
Thanks to Mr. Humke at GlockParts.com LLC I received my new Gen4 trigger housing with 30274 ejector in 3 days. The difference between the new and old 336 ejectors was huge.

Unfortunately, due to my schedule, I haven't been able to get back to the range to test it yet, but the hand-rotated snapsticks turned the gun into a perfect stack at 4 o'clock, so we'll see. *UPDATE CONTINUED*
As for installation, I'd say it's not too difficult if you're comfortable stripping in the field. Glock is easier to work on than I thought, they weren't kidding when they said how many parts there were. The only tool you need is this
